5ar -     RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS RECEIVED BY THE PROPOSAL COMMITTEE ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2007, FOR THE FURNISHING OF ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS TO CONSTRUCT A CONCRETE RAMP TO PROVIDE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY ON THE SIDE ALLEY OF THE FIRST UMC OF NJ CATHEDRAL PATHWAY RAMP LOCATED AT 15 SOUTH BROAD STREET, FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF INSPECTIONS.

 

5br -    RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF TRENTON TO ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE MERCER COUNTY ONE STOP CAREER CENTER FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF A JOB READINESS AND EMPLOYMENT SKILLS ATTAINMENT PROGRAM FOR 15 OUT OF SCHOOL YOUTH IN THE CITY OF TRENTON.  (In the amount of $70,000 for 12 months, from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008)

 

5cr -     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR A CONTRACT WITH LOCKWOOD’S ELECTRIC MOTOR SERVICE, INC., 2239 NOTTINGHAM WAY, TRENTON, NEW JERSEY   08619, WHICH WAS AWARDED ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS TO REMOVE, REPAIR, RE-INSTALL AND TEST THE NUMBER THREE LOW LIFT PUMP MOTOR AT THE TRENTON WATER FILTRATION PLANT.   (In an amount not to exceed $46,740.08)

 

5dr -    RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION TO THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION BALANCED HOUSING PROGRAM ON BEHALF OF ISLES, INC. FOR THE OLD TRENTON NEIGHBORHOOD HOMEOWNERSHIP PROJECT.

 

5er -     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR A CONTRACT WITH WATERS & BUGBEE, INC., 75 SOUTH GOLD DRIVE, HAMILTON, NJ  08691 WHICH WAS AWARDED ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS FOR THE NORTH WILLOW STREET SANITARY SEWER RECONSTRUCTION SERVICES.  (In an amount not to exceed $39,651.90)

5po -    BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE SEWER UTILITY IN AND BY THE CITY OF TRENTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MERCER, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $150,000 THEREFORE AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $150,000 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE CITY TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF.

 

5qo -    BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE CITY OF TRENTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MERCER, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $11,168,000 THEREFORE AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $10,679,000 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE CITY TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF.

 

5ro -    ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 311 WALNUT AVENUE, AND KNOWN ON THE CITY TAX MAPS AS BLOCK 27401, LOT 32 TO MIGUEL A. AND IVELISSES TORRES.
