Services/Parkside Recovery (attn: Mr. John Scheck) to alter

and use existing building for Substance Abuse Treatment/Medication

Assistance Treatment Program Utilizing Counseling & medication,

with dispensing medication from mobil unit parked/stored on

premises, requesting exception to Chapter 315-96 (Use).

regarding the property located at 944 Riverside Avenue as a legal

pre-existing 20 dwelling units and believing it contravenes the

Zoning Code of the City of Trenton.
