2l -       Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission – submitting an updated brochure listing the fee structure and subsidies available to municipalities in the counties of Burlington, Camden, Gloucester & Mercer.

2m -     State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection – submitting Preliminary Assessment report approval for R.E. Michael Co., 827 New York Avenue, Trenton, NJ

2n -      State of New Jersey, Department of Transportation – submitted a letter advising the City of Trenton that it was selected to receive funding from the NJ Department of Transportation’s Fiscal Year 2007 for E. State Street in the amount of $454,000.00.

2o -      State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Division of Taxation – submitting a letter advising the Alcoholic Beverage License No. 1111-33-142-005 was seized on November 14, 2006.
