(Coordinated Entry Assessment System)
The CEAS Center operated by the City of Trenton Department of Health & Human Services is a key component in the Trenton/Mercer system to end homelessness. Through a coordinated entry process, the most vulnerable persons experiencing homeless are targeted, assessed and prioritized for housing.
The CEAS Center collaborates with community partners to link homeless individuals (unaccompanied by children) and unaccompanied youth between the ages of 18 – 21 to housing and housing related services. The CEAS Center also serves as a site where community agencies can provide services and facilitate the journey from homelessness to housing.
The following services are available: Case management, mobile outreach, Homeless Outreach Events, SOAR representative, and links to physical, mental and behavioral health.
