CITY OF TRENTON SALE FOR TAXES AND OTHER MUNICIPAL LIENS, SALE OF LOTS OR PLOTS OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CITY OF TRENTON FOR UNPAID TAXES DUE 5/11/10, PRIOR YEARS AND OTHER MUNICIPAL LIENS. Public notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Tax Collector of the City of Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey, will sell at public auction in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 319 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey, on Wednesday and Thursday, June 29 and 30, 2010 at 8:30 A.M., the following described lands: Said lands will be sold to make the amount of municipal liens severally chargeable against the same on the 29th and 30th days of June, 2010, as computed in the following list together with interest on said amount to the date of sale and costs of sale. Said lands will be sold in fee to such persons as will purchase the same, subject to redemption at the lowest rate of interest, but in no case in excess of 18 per centum per Chapter 435, Laws of N.J. 1979, approved February 14, 1980. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN THE FORM OF CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK AND MUST BE MADE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE OR THE PROPERTY WILL BE RESOLD. Any parcel of real property for which there is no other purchaser will be struck off and sold to the City of Trenton in fee for redemption at eighteen per centum per annum and the Municipality shall have at least the same remedies and rights as other purchasers including the right to bar or foreclose the right of redemption. The sale is made and will be conducted under the provisions of the revised statutes of New Jersey 1937, Section 54:5-19 to 54:5-53 inclusive as amended and supplemented. AT ANY TIME BEFORE THE SALE, THE UNDERSIGNED WILL REMOVE FROM THE TAX SALE ANY PROPERTY UPON PAYMENT IN FULL OF THE AMOUNT DUE ON SAID PROPERTY, TOGETHER WITH THE INTEREST AND COST INCURRED UP TO THE TIME OF PAYMENT.
