Consists of nine members appointed by the Mayor.  The membership shall be divided into three classes: (A) those knowledgeable in building design and construction or architectural history; (B) those knowledgeable or with a demonstrated interest in local history; and (C) regular members who are not designated as Class A or Class B.  Meetings are monthly, on the second Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Annex.
