Q: What are the qualifications and procedures to receive a mail-in ballot?

- You must be a registered voter of Mercer County
- REMEMBER, if you file a mail-in Ballot you can not vote at the polls for that election
- Your ballot will be mailed on or after the 40th day prior to the election
- Do not submit more than one application for the same election
- You will receive instructions with your mail-in ballot
