Best Possible Performance

Taya Brown Humphrey, Senior Environmental Engineer in Operations, conducts a jar test.

Connie O’Neal, Senior Laboratory Technician, conducts a water quality test.

Our water quality is constantly monitored.

We continuously monitor water quality at our Trenton Water Filtration Plant. We also test the quality of the water after it leaves our plant by sampling water at more than 65 sites each month from locations throughout our service territory.

Industry participation and leadership fosters continuous improvement.

We actively support and participate in national and regional associations dedicated to enhancing communication within the water utility industry. We also work to continuously improve the performance of our drinking water system.

We have been members of the national American Water Works Association (AWWA) since 1909. We also participate in the Water Resource Association of the Delaware River Basin and are a member of the Delaware Valley Early Warning System.
