Redevelopment Area Plans
Trenton's first redevelopment area (Mercer-Jackson) was designated under the federal Urban Renewal Program in 1968. Since then, the City of Trenton has designated more than 35 Redevelopment Areas under the New Jersey redevelopment laws.
