City of Trenton Notification on Hetzel Pool

Trenton, N.J. - Hetzel Pool was closed to the public on Thursday, August 10^th for maintenance. The pool was drained and the two main drain covers were removed and screws replaced. Maintenance was completed Friday afternoon and we began to refill the pool. Refilling the pool takes about 26 hours in addition to 6 hours for the entire body of water to be filtered. Hetzel will reopen to the public, Sunday, August 13^th at 8AM for regularly scheduled activities. We apologize for any inconvenience.
