The weather is getting colder and the days are getting shorter. That means it's almost time for the Trenton Winter Skate Program!
We're kicking things off on November 1, and going strong through the end of the year with open skate events, contests, and more. As always, all our events are free and open to everyone. We also have skateboards and helmets available to borrow if you don't have your own.
We will only be running events in November and December this year, because the City is closing the building we use in January to make important repairs and improvements, including fixing the windows. It's a bummer to miss out on a couple months of programming, but these repairs will fix the leaks in the roof and make it warmer inside the building, so the short-term sacrifice will pay off in the long run.
In the meantime, we're going to make the most of the time we've got this winter! We've already got exciting plans in the works for our opening day. Stay tuned for more info on that soon.
