ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Ethel Collins, Trenton’s first female parking enforcement officer, will represent her husband, the late Linwood Collins. Linwood joined the Marines in 1944 and served in World War II. In 1957, he was sworn in as Trenton’s first African-American firefighter.
