Mayor Celebrates Another Business Aided by the Trenton Business Improvement Incentive Program

Warren Street Multiservices Makes Vital Repairs with Grant Funding

Trenton N.J. – Another local business has received vital aid through the City of Trenton’s Business Improvement Incentive Program. Through a $13,000 grant, Warren Street Multiservices, a firm specializing in notary and apostille services and located at 128 South Warren Street, was able to remove and replace its roof system.

Mayor Reed Gusciora affirmed, “Today is a great day for the Capital City’s downtown. Through the Trenton Business Improvement Incentive program, we’ve been investing in our city businesses, which are critical to job creation, tax revenue collection, and local commercial services that Trentonians need.”

“When I was advised that my grant application was approved, I was so excited and relieved,” said Warren St. Multiservices owner Cassandra Sanchez. “I am eternally grateful to the City of Trenton for extending these types of initiatives. Applying for this grant was simple and seamless, and these types of resources offer a competitive advantage in the marketplace, thereby making owning a business in Trenton all the more appealing.”

The Trenton Business Improvement Incentive offers grants of up to 50% of total project cost, grant to not exceed $20,000, to businesses operating within retail space that are planning to make building improvements, with a minimum project cost of $5,000.

Other projects that the Trenton Business Improvement Incentive Program have supported since the inception of the program include interior commercial space at 103 Perry St, solar installation at 5 Chelten Way, the roof at 13 East Front, façade and roof at 219 East Hannover, weather vestibule at 106 Pennington Ave, façade at 115 S Warren St, electric and flooring at 134 E Hanover St, automobile lifts at 330 Ferry St, stair repairs and waterproofing at 128 W.
