How can I obtain a residential or visitor's parking permit?

Residents within a Permit Parking District must bring his/her current New Jersey driver's license and a valid New Jersey registration for each vehicle to the Bureau of Traffic and Transportation in order to receive a permit decal. Their office is located in City Hall at:

Proof of Residency

An additional proof of residency such as a utility bill or lease agreement must be presented in order to receive visitor passes. 

Visitor Passes

Only two visitor passes will be issued per household. It is important to note that all documentation must confirm residency within the district.
