Residents within a Permit Parking District must bring his/her current New Jersey driver's license and a valid New Jersey registration for each vehicle to the Bureau of Traffic and Transportation in order to receive a permit decal. An additional proof of residency such as a utility bill or lease agreement must be presented in order to receive visitor passes.
Only two visitor passes will be issued per household. It is important to note that all documentation must confirm residency within the district.

If you mail payment to this Municipal Court, payment should be made by check or money order. Cash will not be accepted by mail.
