What do I do if my landlord stops making water payments?
  • Trenton Water Works does not get involved in tenant and landlord disputes.  You will have to consult with an attorney and/or contact the Small Claims Court.
  • For residential tenancies where the landlord is responsible for payment, service will not be terminated for properties in the City.   If service has been terminated, service will be restored upon TWW, Billing Office receiving proof of tenancy, such as a lease indicating that the landlord is responsible for water and/or sewer charges.
