Division of Purchasing

IMG_3905The Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, adheres to all procurement practices in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.). The Division is responsible for coordinating the purchase of all goods and services for the City of Trenton. As the City’s centralized procurement office, all departments must submit requests for goods and services through Purchasing, and all vendors must complete an application to be added to the City's official bidder’s list. The City of Trenton actively supports affirmative action initiatives and is committed to awarding contracts to minority- and women-owned businesses within the municipality.

Sealed Bids & Requests for Proposals

All sealed bids and requests for proposals are virtually opened in the Division of Purchasing at 11 am via Zoom. No bids or proposals will be accepted after this time.
