Coordinated Entry Assessment System (CEAS) Center

The CEAS Center operated by the City of Trenton Department of Health & Human Services is a key component in the Trenton/Mercer system to end homelessness. Through a coordinated entry process, Literally Homeless individuals (unsheltered or residing in an emergency shelter) are targeted, assessed and prioritized for housing. 

The CEAS Center collaborates with community partners to link literally homeless individuals (unaccompanied by children) and unaccompanied youth between the ages of 18 – 21 to housing and housing related services. The CEAS Center also serves as a site where community agencies can provide services and facilitate the journey from homelessness to housing.
