The Department of Finance is responsible for the accounting of all City revenue and expenditures, for custody of receipts and the disbursement of City funds, and for safe guarding the City’s financial interests in accordance with state statutes. It is comprised of the Division of Assessment, Division of Accounts and Control, Division of Treasury, Division of Tax, and the Division of Water Billing.
